We are NOT:A formal 12-step program (AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery, or otherwise).
A clinical treatment center or substitute for professional addiction counseling.
A provider of financial support, sponsorships, or any monetary assistance.We do NOT:Assign, match, or act as formal sponsors/accountability partners who guide individuals through the 12 Steps or structured recovery principles—that role belongs solely within established fellowships.
Provide medical advice, detox support, or crisis intervention.Instead, we:Offer temporary bridge encouragement (listening, prayer, hope-sharing, and Big Book insights) until a formal sponsor is secured in AA/NA/Celebrate Recovery.
Provide long-term encouragement companionship (ongoing biblical motivation, prayer partnership, Messianic teaching, and prayerful discussion of Big Book chapters/principles) for those desiring continued faith-based support alongside their recovery program.
Facilitate connections by sharing local Anchorage meeting information and practical guidance on obtaining sponsors (temporary or permanent) within those fellowships.
Journey through the AA Big Book together—chapter by chapter—highlighting parallels to Scripture (e.g., powerlessness in Romans 7, surrender in James 4, amends in Matthew 5), always pointing to Yeshua as the true Source of healing and power.All relationships begin with clear mutual agreement on focus and duration, emphasize Scripture and prayer over formal step guidance, and always recommend:Professional medical help for detox/withdrawal.
